About Chaplaincy
The expectations of Chaplains are to serve the spiritual and emotional needs of others. Some chaplains perform wedding or funeral ceremonies, deliver spiritual messages, offer prayer at public meetings, and provide daily counseling. Other chaplains meet the need of the moment, usually through listening and prayer.
The office of Chaplain is a diversified position of helps. Chaplaincy is a specialized ministry that covers a variety of ministerial services on behalf of the church, but conducted out in the field. There are a wide variety of chaplaincy settings such as hospitals, prisons, hospice, police and military. You can offer your chaplain services in all of these settings or you can choose a specific field. There has never been a greater need for chaplains in the workplace, institutions or community at large.
To enter this fulfilling ministry, simply complete the enrollment application and order the course program. Soon you can be on your way to fulfilling the call of God on your life as a licensed and certified Chaplain.
